PERSONAL STYLING FROM ONE PHOTO

Dress like
you mean it.

One portrait, read in your browser for proportion, contrast and colouring, then turned into what actually suits you. Not a trend, and not a quiz. Every paid brief is checked by a person before it reaches you.

HOW THE STYLE ANALYSIS WORKS

What suits you,
and why.

We don’t put you in a box. Your AI stylist works from what is measured in your photo and the answers you give, then translates that into shape, colour and detail.

Get your free style read About 4 minutes, no card.
  1. One photo, checked before it leaves your device

The face check and the colour read run in your browser. Skin is sampled from both cheeks and the forehead, white-balanced against the whites of your eyes when they are visible, and nothing is uploaded until you say so.

  2. Your proportions and colouring, measured

Face proportions give your face shape family. The four colour readings place you in one of 16 colour directions, with a note on whether the light could be moving the read. Then your AI stylist studies proportion and detail.

  3. Written for you, then checked

Every paid brief is reviewed by one of us before it reaches you - the AI drafts, a human signs it off. Then you receive a practical style direction, every piece shown with up to 10 shops that actually stock it.

THE FORMULA THAT FOLLOWS Unstructured layer + open neckline

Reach for an unstructured layer, an open collar and one considered texture.

Measured in your browser from your photo. We could not find a white reference in it, so warm or cool lighting may be colouring the read - the confidence reflects that.

MEASURED, NOT GUESSED

Five numbers,
read from the photo.

The face check measures the proportions of the face it finds. Skin is sampled from both cheeks and the forehead and converted to CIELAB, the colour space built around how people see; when the whites of the eyes are visible, the sample is white-balanced against them. The markers below are the example portrait’s own readings.

  1. Face proportion

Length of the face over its width at the cheekbones, from the face landmarks.

    WiderLonger

    Balanced oval1.289:1 on this portrait

  2. Undertone

Hue angle of the skin sample, in CIELAB degrees.

    CoolWarm

    Neutral-warm57.9° on this portrait

  3. Depth

Lightness of the skin sample, L* on a 0 to 100 scale.

    DeepLight

    Light78.5 L* on this portrait

  4. Chroma

How saturated the skin reads, CIELAB chroma.

    SoftBright

    Soft23.6 on this portrait

  5. Contrast

Lightness gap between skin and hair, or the eyes when hair cannot be read.

    LowHigh

    Medium28.7 L* on this portrait

The first gives your face shape family; the other four place a photo in one of 16 colour directions. Lighting still shifts undertone, which is what the confidence reflects: this portrait reads Light Spring at 54%, lower than it would be with a white reference in frame.

WHAT THIS COMPARES TO

What a stylist charges for,
line by line.

The pieces of a Style System are the pieces of a styling engagement. Here is what each one costs on its own, next to what is in the $9 report.

Example portrait against coral, a shade from its own palette Coral · in the palette
The same portrait against true red, a shade from outside its palette True red · outside it
Same portrait, two shades. Light Spring reads from the photo; coral is one of its 12 shades, true red is from the Winter palette. This is what the colour section is for. Example read, measured from a stock portrait.
  1. Colour analysis

    Bought as a service

An in-person draping session runs $150 to $400, and $500 or more in a large city. Virtual colour packages are $50 to $150.

    In Your Style System

Undertone, depth, chroma and contrast measured from your photo, a 12-shade palette with hex codes, worn against your own portrait.

  2. Face shape, hair and eyewear direction

    Bought as a service

Usually part of a style consultation at consultant rates, or a separate face-shape read with a wait of a week or two.

    In Your Style System

Your face direction from measured proportions, then necklines, collars, pattern scale, hair and glasses that answer it.

  3. Capsule and wardrobe edit

    Bought as a service

Stylist capsule packages and mood-board services are priced from $130 for a set of boards to $325 and $550 for a full package.

    In Your Style System

12 pieces and 4 accessories chosen for your colouring and proportions, with outfits that show how they go together.

    • Warm Peach Silk Blouse Warm Peach Silk Blouse 6 shops
    • Light Moss Green A-line Skirt Light Moss Green A-line Skirt 3 shops
  4. Somewhere to buy each piece

    Bought as a service

A shopping list is the expensive part of a stylist's day, and with most services it is names, not links.

    In Your Style System

Up to 10 shops that stock each piece, linked from the report, checked when it is written.

  5. Something you keep

    Bought as a service

Notes you write yourself during the session, and whatever you remember afterwards.

    In Your Style System

A results page that stays open, and the whole report as a PDF you can take shopping.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

The questions people ask
before they upload.

Straight answers, including the ones about your photo. If yours is not here, a person reads every message to [email protected].

  1. It is read for your style analysis and stored only so you can reopen your results. It is never sold or used to train anything, and it is deleted automatically after 14 days for a free read, or 120 days after your most recent paid order.

  2. Because most of it starts from opinion, and this starts from measurement. A quiz collects what you think about yourself; a portrait shows proportions, undertone, depth and contrast as they are. Every reading on your result says where it came from and how confident it is, so you can see which parts are measured and which are written.

  3. Yes. The first question in the funnel is menswear or womenswear, and the capsule, the shops and the grooming notes follow that choice. Menswear is the option most people have picked so far.

  4. One face, looking at the camera, in even daylight, with no filter. A phone selfie is fine. Keep your eyes clearly visible: the whites of the eyes are what the colour read uses as its white reference, and a photo without one still works, but the light in it may colour the read. Files up to 12 MB; the photo is resized in your browser before anything is sent.

  5. The free read is on screen in about a minute. Your Style System is usually ready within 30 minutes, and if the queue is busy it can take up to one business day. Leave an email and it comes to you; otherwise your results link stays open.

  6. No. You get a results link, and an email copy if you choose to leave an address. There is nothing to install and nothing to log in to.

  7. No. One-time purchases only. Pay once, keep your edit forever. A re-style later costs less than the first one.

  8. Both. Your face shape comes from measurement, an AI model drafts the written brief, and then one of us reads it before it is sent to you. If it does not hold up, we fix it or re-run it rather than shipping it.

  9. Say so at [email protected] - a human reads every reply, and we will re-run your brief or refund you.
