The service
CONFIDME analyzes a photo you upload and returns AI assisted style guidance: face shape, color palette, and a small capsule wardrobe suggestion. It is a styling opinion, not a professional or medical assessment, and we make no health, dermatological or age-related claims about you.
Your account and content
You confirm that any photo you upload is of yourself, or that you have permission to upload it, and that you are old enough in your jurisdiction to use this service. You retain ownership of your uploaded photo and of the style brief generated for you; we only use them to provide and support your order.
Purchases
Paid packages are one-time purchases, billed once in USD via Stripe. This is not a subscription: there is no recurring billing, no auto-renewal, and no trial that converts into a paid plan. You will never be billed again for the same order without a new, separate purchase.
Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee
If your Style System is not what you hoped for, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. No form and no reason required, though telling us what missed helps us fix it. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank. An order that failed to generate or was billed in error is refunded on the same terms, without waiting for you to ask if we spot it first.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload photos of anyone without their consent, use the service to harass or impersonate another person, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
What we don't do
We don't sell your photo or data, enroll you in subscriptions you didn't ask for, or make guarantees about how clothing will look on you in practice. Our recommendations are a starting point, not a mandate.
Liability
CONFIDME is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use CONFIDME after a change means you accept the updated terms.
